CHAPTER ELEVEN: New Birth In Existing Body

New birth is possible in this existing life. This is a big secret of life. You can totally forget your unwanted memories through this new birth process, but you need to be ready to die every moment. Die in the past, die in the future, die in the present moment. Do not cling and do not resist. Don’t make any effort for life. Trees and grass do not make any effort to grow. Life will happen to you if you are ready to die. This is the law.

Buddha says, “You can only lose what you cling to”.

Meditation is the way to bring a new life with full awareness. This new life is very precious. It is not ordinary. Your real nature as a human being, that comprises of truth, purity, righteousness, peace, love, compassion, consciousness and gratitude is revealed. You can feel like a child. You can feel everything - birds flying, flowers blossoming, water flowing, happiness and joy in your body. Your mind will be empty. Totally free like you are swimming in the ocean. You can live in a different world. You can be awakened.

Meditation is the gateway to new birth.

As you go deeper, it will lead you to samaadhi and deeper still, to mahasamaadhi. Finally, you will get a new birth. You can feel the Holy Spirit (cosmic energy) on your head. Once the process starts, nothing is needed. Everything becomes spontaneous. Lingum is the place where you can take new birth with your existing body. After that, you will feel light as a feather. The Indian temples and stupa had been used for this transforming process.

The Vijnana Bhairava Tantra (Osho) 112 Shiva Tantric Meditation method is very useful. It focuses on ‘voidness’. ‘Sunya’ is a state of mind - all creation process starts from voidness, the circle.

“Meditation makes you innocent, it makes you childlike. In that state, miracles are possible. That state is pure magic. A great transformation happens - in innocence you transcend the mind, and to transcend the mind is to become the awakened one, the enlightened one”.
